Maataram Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to uplifting villages by addressing every critical need. From ensuring access to clean drinking water and sanitation to harnessing solar energy for sustainable living, creating rural employment opportunities, and taking care of health and nutritional needs, we do it all via our Community Centres.
At Maataram, we are committed to building a strong foundation for rural communities, empowering them to thrive and contribute to India's growth.

    A Journey of Inspiration and Impact

    Our History

    Maataram's journey began in 2010, inspired by the sad state of communities struggling with water scarcity and waterborne diseases. With a vision to bridge the gap in access to clean water, we embarked on a mission to develop innovative and scalable solutions. Our first successful project, implemented in Andhra Pradesh, provided safe drinking water to thousands of people, marking a significant milestone in our journey. Since then, Maataram has continued to expand its reach, impacting countless lives across India.
